The Community of Hope and Intervention Program (C.H.I.P ) is a two year in house social transitional facility; providing housing, food, clothing  education, job training and skills to equip men and women for a social and economic change.

This program is an alternative to the many existing programs today.  It offers long-term assistance to Homeless & Disadvantage men and women who desire to achieve the American dream, independence and self-sufficiency.

This program reinforces the importance of being a responsible American tax paying citizen; no longer accepting handouts, but contributing to the economic future of the United States of America.

The (C.H.I.P) program holds the answer to the question that has stopped men & women in their tracks asking, “What is the answer to homelessness?”
